"The staff and team at Jared Chapman’s office, including Vicky, Michelle and Jared are all amazing! I have been so lucky to have such attentive care for the multitude of insurance policies that I have with State Farm. They were there for me when I was hit by a distracted driver in 2025, most recently with a water leak in my home and today… a small crack in my windshield. The roads of Michigan gave my windshield a kiss, and I made one phone call, and the problem was resolved within four minutes! That is unheard of in today’s time, usually you’re given an AI answering service, not here. Some locations you have to go through call center, not at Jared‘s office. Jared operates his business at the efficiency of a large corporation with a very professional directive. Everyone there in that office has treated my family with respect and care over the last several years we have been with them. Prior to Jared‘s coverage we were with my father-in-law, and at his retirement precipice, I was fearful that we would lose that attention and care that State Farm has offered our family for the last 20 years. But Jared has been able to carry on that professionalism and efficiency. Any and all who needs insurance for anything… Call Jared.
